When goods are ordered, we must of course make sure that we do not order too much or too little, so that we do not end up with overproduction in stock. Therefore, the “standard sizes” (S, M, L, XL) may be ordered more, as the demand is usually higher here. Of course we try to please everyone as much as possible.

Fact is: The more people know us and the higher the demand for these sizes, the wider we can offer our assortment. So keep it up and give us a feedback or follow our social media channels.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is one of the strictest standards for organically produced natural fibres. The Fair Wear Foundation is a non-profit organisation that aims to improve working conditions in the garment and textile industry and supply chains. There is a strict code which prohibits exploitative child labour and discrimination in employment, the right to fair working conditions through secure jobs, living wages and resource-saving production, and for the strict measures for freedom of association and limitation of working hours is known.

The International Association for Research and Testing in the field of textile and leather ecology issues product labels and plant certifications in which products from all processing stages along the textile supply chain are tested for harmlessness to health and factories for socially and environmentally compatible production conditions.

The Organic Content Standard 100 (OCS 100) and the Organic Content Standard blended (OCS blended) enable companies to determine and trace the exact proportion of organic material in the product. The transparency in the production chain as well as the traceability of goods is defined by the superordinate “Content Claim Standard”.

You can pay by bank transfer and Klarna. If you do not have a Klarna account, you can also pay with your credit card.

Our shipping costs to Germany are free as long as the package does not exceed the maximum dimensions of 120x60x60 cm and the maximum weight of 31kg and the order value is over 39 Euro. Otherwise the shipping costs are 4,90 Euro per package.

he shipping to the neighbouring countries (Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium) is subject to a different shipping cost calculation. The shipping costs are calculated according to weight. 0-5 Kg cost 6.90 Euro, 5-10 Kg cost 10.90 Euro, 10 – 30 Kg cost 19.90 Euro. From a value of goods of 90 Euro the shipping is free.

Shipping to other EU countries is subject to a different shipping cost calculation. The shipping costs are calculated according to weight. 0 – 0.5 Kg cost 8.90 Euro, 0.5 – 1 Kg cost 12.90 Euro, 1 – 5 Kg cost 17.90 Euro, 5 – 10 Kg cost 29.90 Euro and 10 – 30 Kg cost 39.90 Euro.

• We usually ship goods in stock within one working day.
• Express-dispatch – Order from Monday to Friday until 13 o’clock and we will ship your delivery on the same day if the goods are in stock. Orders from Friday from 13 o’clock to Monday 13 o’clock will be shipped on Monday.

Yes, we also ship to DHL Packstations. Put a check mark in the box “Send to DHL Paketshop or Packstation”.. hen enter your post number in the field provided, enter your first and last name to or select a different delivery address if you have already entered your contact details. Enter the word “Packstation” in the street field and the number of the desired Packstation in the house number field. Postcode and city are the same as the Packstation data.

You can track your order from the moment it is shipped via the tracking system. You will receive the tracking link with the tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

Yeah, they’re coming up! For the last minute gifts and for all other people who like to give away vouchers. Just enter the amount of your gift, print out the email and hand it over to the lucky person. Important: The voucher is only available by email, not by letter.

In the payment process you have the possibility to enter a voucher code. Enter your voucher code in the field and click on “Apply voucher”.

Important: Before sending the order please make sure that the voucher has been redeemed and that the value of the voucher has been deducted from your invoice total. Vouchers can only be redeemed during the order process. Unfortunately, we can no longer take the voucher into account at a later date.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a free return shipment.

We only bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods are broken and repair is not possible and as soon as the unit price of the products is over 50 Euro.

If you don’t like something or if for some reason you don’t like it anymore, you can of course send it back to us. The products only have to be unworn and in their original packaging.

Just send us an email to deinemodda@snice-store.de and let us know your decision or reason for the return under indication of the order number.

We will then send you a return label for the Deutsche Post or GLS. Stick the label on the outside of the package and hand it in at the nearest DHL/Post/GLS collection point.

Once you have received your delivery, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving them.

We’re hurrying! Normally the refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the return.
