Piecemaker pollen press – up to 3000kg pressure

The Piecemaker Pollen Press is a high precision processed compaction press made of food grade stainless steel. The rolled special thread provides an incredible pressure of max. 3000kg. The patented design of the Piecemaker, prevents the pressing material from being destroyed through optimum heat supply during and during pressing.

Easy to use pollen press

The Piecemaker is completely disassembled and also reassembled in 2 simple steps. The high quality pollen press is very easy to use and also very easy to clean. The stainless steel material (stainless steel I.4305) prevents rusting of the press and makes the Piecemaker a long-lasting companion for any skuff collector.

How to use the press?

The raw material is pressed in the Piecemaker with high pressure. Pressing in itself means applying heat and pressure to compress the material into the desired product. The residual moisture is removed and the material is compacted. Pressing the material helps not only to be transported, but also consumed. One fills the material in foil or in a bag and is compacted inside the press. The more you turn the tee, the tighter the final product will be.

The Piecemaker press has a length of 135mm and the diameter is 35mm. In total, the pollen press weighs 820g, making it a fairly robust and heavy press. The rotary piston has a precise fit in the interior. The lower lid can be unscrewed.
