Policy for refunds and returns

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Intimate and hygiene items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.

Other items that can not be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Beauty products

Please always send us the order number so that we can sort the return correctly.

Do not send the products back to the actual manufacturer if it is a branded product.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is possible:

  • Books with signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or record that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item returned later than 30 days after delivery.


Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or missing reimbursements

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Sale Products

Only regular price items can be refunded. Sold out items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange an item, please send us an email to and send the received item to: Gm-IT Lukas Swiaczny / Eppenhauser Str. 101 / 58093 Hagen back.


If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund back to the gift giver.

You have to pay the shipping costs for the return of your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive.

If you’re returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
